... Autograph signed report in Hungarian, addressed to Antal Augusz, Vice-President of the Imperial and Royal Lieutenancy Department at Buda.
In June of the same year, Augusz had ordered the confiscation and collection of “handkerchiefs concealing seditious proclamations smuggled into the country for distribution from abroad.” Horváth reports that the district magistrates had found no “articles of this kind” within the county.
