The first published volume of the Kossuth Prize-winning author. With his inscription on the title page: “» – Kezdhetjük – mondta Obrád Simon. – Először is hozzon fejenként egy deci vodkát.« Fábri Zoltánnak Bodor Ádám Kolozsvár ‘72. V. 12.” (‘We may begin,’ said Simon Obrád. ‘First of all, bring a decilitre of vodka for each of us.’ To Zoltán Fábri, from Ádám Bodor, Kolozsvár, 12 May 1972.) The recipient directed the film based on Bodor’s work “Plusz-mínusz egy nap”, released in 1973. The quotation in the inscription derives from the chapter “Utasemberek”.
