39. Autograph letter of Sándor Röth to Sebő Vukovič.

He describes that Lieutenant General Boyneburg, the Commander-in-Chief of Buda, wanted to go to Vienna with the military from the capital, but in the meantime the Minister of War, Lázár Mészáros, arrived and went to work with great energy. Volunteers (national guards) are being recruited in the capital.
