He advises stretching Dimitrije Stanimirović (Serbian High Commission Commissioner who was captured in the battle of Versec on 11 July), who is in custody at Vukovič. He writes about a reply submitted to the Parliament. He reports on what was said by Kossuth at the secret meeting given to the parliamentarians a few days earlier.
