Based on the report sent to Leopold I by Johann Paul Hocher, head of the court which pronounced judgment in the trial. The German edition (Aussführliche und warhafftige Beschreibung wie es mit denen Criminal-Processen...) appeared a year earlier. We have found no record of this edition appearing at auction.

Signed, elegant, black leather, with red title on spine. Both covers decorated with a red leather inlay in the shape of a rose; on the front cover three grey swords pointing to the rose (sub rosa), symbolising the three executed noblemen (Zrínyi, Nádasdy, and Frangepán). In hardpaper case.
