The summary of Széchenyi's ideas for reform, in twelve legislative proposals, with which he wanted to appear at the 1832/36 National Assembly. The work was written in 1831 but was not allowed to be published in Hungary by the censorship, so it was published abroad. The first and this edition - printed in the same year - have only minor differences.
