The king grants a noble title to Pál Gremsperger and also gives him the right to use the name “öttömösi Geréby”. The text is surrounded by a beautiful frame richly decorated with floral ornaments on each page. On the title page, the Holy Crown is centred at the top, while the two halves of the painted, gilded coat of arms are positioned at the bottom left and right. The names and important parts are gilt and highlighted with paint.
5+2 written pages on 3 vellum leaves (separated by tissue paper). In addition to the king, the document was signed by Chancellor Count Antal Mailáth and Court Councillor Antal Végh. The seal, enclosed in a metal case that preserved it in perfect condition, hung on a string but has now separated from the document.
