441. Maria Theresia (1717–1780), Queen of Hungary.

Autograph signed document in Latin.

Maria Theresia, Queen of Hungary, announces that in consideration of the merits of the late György Száraz, and of László Újváry (husband of Erzsébet Száraz) and József Rudnyánszky (husband of Julianna Száraz), she consents that Julianna, Erzsébet and Tamás Száraz and their heirs of both sexes may hold the estates of the Paksy family of Pákos, and she renounces all royal rights in relation to the estates, including patronage rights of the churches upon them, while transcribing the previous charters relating to the estates. The extensive list of estates is recorded in Tolna, Fejér and Pest-Pilis-Solt-Kiskun counties, including the market towns of Paks alias Pakos and Dunapataj, and numerous villages and praedia. The text of the charter is recorded in the Királyi Könyvek (Royal Books).
