The pages were most likely prepared for the series entitled "Játékok" (Games), in the compilation of which the former owner of the manuscript, Marianne Teőke, actively participated. "It is now clear that the "Játékok" series is a work of musical-historical significance, which many compare to Mikrokozmosz in both pedagogical and musical terms. "Játékok" truly introduces the beginning pianist to the various compositional and technical solutions of contemporary music in the noblest sense of the word: improvisation, aleatoric music, fixed and free variations of rhythms, and we could go on and on listing the wonderful and witty examples of contemporary compositional techniques. Marianne Teöke emphasised both verbally and in writing that piano teachers should make use of all the possibilities these pieces offer: primarily playfulness, the ability to "play the piano" with a free fist, palm, or elbow, or even to bang on it, to play endless glissandos, and many other things that the student can come up with.
